Am 27.3. habe ich die unten kopierte Mail verschickt - keine Antwort-
Am 1.4. habe ich sie nochmals gesendet - bisher keine Antwort.
Bei den zwei Mails mit Fragen zur Bestellung kam die Antwort rasch.
Was macht man in so einem Fall - besser gesagt: in diesem Fall?
just a few minutes ago my stone arrived.
I was happy - but after unwrapping I looked at a broken stone:
I think you should send me a new stone with ten times more bubble cushion foil and much tighter wrapping.
Sorry to say that your wrapping has been too thin - the transporting habits are bad - packages are thrown into the cars.
The drivers come from Eastern countries cannot read or talk English or German. They do not care about FRAGILE ...
Even if I would have an insurance (I have not) - they would tell you that a package must be made so that it can
fall from 1,2 meter height to a concrete floor without the slightest damage of the content.
Now I hope you send me a new nice and flawless stone soon ...
