Ich habe Simpson mal ein Mail geschickt.
Kreisen ist gestattet.
Hello,
I bought an X1 three years ago.
Only used it a couple of times and it started to lose hairs in the centre of the brush.
Of course I make circles when making lather on my face.I've been doing this with my Hans baier for over 20 years and it still has all its hairs.
At two shaving forums I'm a member of I'm discussing this. Some suggest that Simpsons can't be circled.
Now a shaving brush that can't be used to make circles is as a pair of tennis shoes that can't be used to make slidings on a gravel playground .Useless.
So can you shed a little light on this matter so I can report your opinion on the shaving forums.
regards,
By all means Sir.
Our brushes carry a 12 month full warranty. If found faulty within that timeframe, we have a no quibble, money back or replace policy provided the owner is the original purchaser & can provide a copy of proof of sale.
In regards a circular or swirling method of using the brush, we recommend more of a paint brush back & forth motion but a light circular technique is not to be frowned upon so long as the force is not too strong.
Happy to help :0)
Thanks & kind regards,
Mark
